On 09-17-21 Paul Davis called me at least 4 times from the receptionist, manager, supervisor, and technician. "Oh we are Allstate's providers. We ASSURE you your house will be repaired." I wanted to wait a couple of days and think on it. I was pressured and told things that never happened. They tore my house apart on Friday and did not return till Tuesday. They came to get the fans and humidifiers but did not provide me with an invoice, when they would start on the work, or anything. I would be left with a torn up house and ... read more

What a bunch of crooks. These people did work on my grandparent's roof incorrectly. The roof work immediately started to leak in the rain. They claim the whole roof needs to be replaced and their work has nothing to do with the leak. After a quick inspection with a hose, my father and I found the leak in the roof. Sure enough, the leak was right on the edge of where this company had done their roof work. Now they REFUSE to fix the job that they did WRONG. Avoid this company at all costs.
Place is a bunch of crooks, Drivers ate reckless and they never go by there word. Know for cheating people making promises and then avoid you at all cost. I spoke with the office manager and he promised to resolve my matter and it's been 4 months now and can never get a hold of him. What kind of office manager is never available or isn't in? The Paul Davis one.
Cleaned up after our house was flooded. Did a great job. They even went the extra mile by saving as many belongings as possible, packing them carefully, and placing them in storage for me. Great service.
Totally amazed! These guys came to my house on the weekend and got all the water (sewage) out of my basement. What a relief. I'm so glad my insurance agent gave me their number. I had no idea who to call. And on a weekend.
Can only say WOW! My entire house was soaked. They came out immediately and put a detailed plan to salvage as much as possible. Had the whole house cleaned up and dried out in just a few days. I couldn't believe it! The repairs took longer but that was to be expected. They did a great job with this as well.
I'll relate our family's single experience: Vandals threw a large rock through the leaded glass panel of my mother's entry door 4/5/15. Since my mother didn't know who to contact for possible repair, she asked her insurer (USAA), who recommended Paul Davis. The door was picked up the next day with the assurance that the company 'would be in touch.' Meanwhile, my mother was left with an open entryway to her house.
