Very upfront with all details of the project.Workers arrived on the scheduled time and were very courteous and polite
Paul Davis was very upfront during the complete project. Everything was explained completely. The workers and Jamal were very mannerly and respectful. Overall, very satisfied with total project.
Jamaal was the project manager for my repairs. I don't know how many crews he directs, but the one I had, Franklin's crew, was excellent. They worked long days every day (except Sunday) and their workmanship was excellent. Jamaal checked in with me almost every day to make sure everything was progressing as it should. I hope I never have need of them again, but would want them to do any future repairs.
Excellent service by very friendly and knowledgeable workers, and their leader/supervisor Jamal was really good at keeping me informed on their progress.
I’ll recommend Paul Davis Restoration to anyone who need any repairs at home. They did a really great job. Jamal is really nice. He visited the work the contractor made. Took care of everything. I appreciated talking to him.
