We recently had some water issues with a new home we purchased. Paul Davis helped us and lined up quality people to work on our home and had it all handled in a very short time. The crew that’s works for Paul Davis were helpful and very kind. I would call them again in a minute!!
Things started out good, very responsive and work was good. Then things turned, they told us they had unhooked the heat duct, and would be having hvac come out and fix the ducting. Now they're denying that any work was needed, we have no air coming through the registers, I go into to the crawl space and this is what I see (see image), ducting laying on the ground. It's been 2 months and nothing from them.
Mike did a great job communicating with me as he interfaced with the insurance and those performing the restoration work. Very happy with the work done and having an advocate when dealing with the insurance.
The team was amazing, took care of our mold issues and carpet cleaning in our basment. They were fast super nice and really easy to work with. Everything well put back together. One citified customer.
