We had a small flood in a basement bathroom this past winter. After a less than satisfactory experience with another company that performed the mitigation, we became concerned enough after waiting for 2 months & no repair estimate that we contacted Paul Davis Restoration for an estimate (they’re also the only restoration company in Idaho Falls that’s recommended by our insurance company). As of the end of Water Mitigation: Had a flood on July 2. They were out on the third, taking readings and setting up fans and dehumidifiers. Checked saturation levels every few days, to be able to remove the noise as quickly as possible. Took the least invasive/destructive route to make sure everything was dry to prevent mold. Will defintely use them again if needed! Quick, professional, prompt.
We are about 4 days into our restoration. The crew has been great to work with. They are polite and have been very informative throughout the process. They reach out to us everyday and keep us updated on the process. I would highly recommend them
