One of our dehumidifiers broke down while we were away from the house for a week. We were concerned about air quality and potential mold growth. Mike responded within one day of our call to Paul Davis. He performed tests and pointed out a few things that were causing a musky odor. He found a hose leak on the 2nd dehumidifier and applied bleach to the walls. The air is odor free now. We definitely recommend them as honest, responsive and professional.
