They called me before I knew the flood was happening!! They were were there fast and cleaned up everything quickly. They communicated well with all parties involved. Great company to work with and fairly priced.

It was a great experience working with Paul Davis, in the Minneapolis MN area. Our Project Manager Jon was very responsive, detail oriented, and made sure things were done right by his crew members. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Paul Davis and would not recommend them based on the service I received. What should have been a straightforward restoration and repair process became an unnecessarily frustrating experience characterized by poor communication, disappointing workmanship, inconsistent information, missed commitments, and a lack of respect for my personal time and schedule.
