The day after our house fire my insurance company hired Paul Davis to do the remediation and demo work needed from the damage caused by the fire, water and smoke. Sam Marks headed up the project and did a phenomenal job running the project, very thorough in all their work and communicated well throughout the process! My home is now ready for us to begin repairs. Much appreciated!
I’m writing this review to document our experience with this terrible company. Our initial inspection on November 28 with Maria went well. She stated she would send a rough estimate that Friday night so it could be forwarded to our attorneys, as we were pursuing legal action against our landlord for damages. That estimate was never sent. I followed up multiple times the following week from Monday through Thursday with no response, and at one point was told there was no record of our request.
