We contracted Paul Davis through CrossRoads who was our Private adjusters after we experienced a fire and they were great from start to finish and even stored our items till we were ready to move back into the house. Great job guys, would recommend them to anyone needing their service. the people are outstanding

We were passed through 3 project managers - each previous one left the company after being assigned our case. We are long-term USAA customers, so we went with the company that had "preferred partnership" to streamline the home insurance claim, but Paul Davis has done very little to expedite and send competent representatives to make sure the job is being done correctly. Our current PM, Luis, doesn't come to the job site to make sure the work is being performed correctly unless we tell him to be here, but we are already 6 mon... read more

Ryan was thorough, professional and took the time to explain what he was looking for, testing for, etc. to get to the root of our mold I was waiting for my report, but Ryan had left the company. Natalie immediately called me and worked diligently to help me and make sure we received everything needed.
