The difficult part is deciding whether the house flooding or the 8-month repair process was more traumatizing. The mitigation efforts went well, that's where it stopped. We had 3 different crews and 4 different project managers on the job. At one point one of the crews was drinking on the job. At one point I was gaslit in real time about my house being crooked versus a pony wall they installed being crooked.
