WARNING! This company is most likely the worst in the entire Chicagoland area! I contracted Paul Davis Restoration to restore my home after a fire caused some damage. My home was inhabitable while construction was being done so my family stayed in a hotel near by. I stopped by my home randomly and found an employees car parked in my driveway with one of my daughter's toys on the dashboard. Hmmmm! What else are they taking?? I wouldn't use this service based on how poorly their drivers drive and company cars. I can't be on the highway with someone riding up on me at 100 mph. Almost hitting me. This is inappropriate. We all have to share the road. It doesn't matter if you're in a company car or not do better
So I had a pipe burst in my home and had a lot of water damage and my insurance company suggested Paul Davis restoration, I just went with the flow. First, it took him about 34 months to finally even get to my house to start doing the work And I was very disappointed in their quality of work. They were super Duper nice people, but they were very inexperienced, they had to put flooring down in my downstairs, my living room, dining room, and kitchen and bathroom and it’s like they didn’t know how to put the flooring down. Paul Davis Restoration came the morning after I called and worked quickly to assess the damage and began remediation the following morning. They removed all flooring that was wet on the 1st floor and basement and set up fans and dehumidifiers on both floors that ran until everything was dry. Personable, communicative, answered all questions, gave instructions and advice. All around excellent service.
Gary and his crew are amazing! Work done with quality and speed. I had no idea renovating could be stress free! Highly recommend Paul Davis
