A simple wet carpet turned into a $6,000 + project. They recarpeted a 150 sq ft bedroom, gouged the insurance company for over $6K and then wanted an additional $350 to finish the carpet in the 4 X 6 closet. Choose a different Company that won't take advantage of a situation.
My house burned down. My insurer recommended them since I did not know of any disaster recovery firm. DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If your insurer suggest them, JUST SAY NO. I have a 1200 square foot house. They charged $23K to pack up the house, store it for 7 months, clean the salvageable belongings, and unpack them. We are in day three of the unpacking, and so far it seems they did not clean one thing. Avoid Using this people at all cost! Poor management, poor workmanship, they will cost you more money to go back and fix their mistakes.
Worst company to have!! Do not hire them, the insurance company hired them, the company broke so many things of mine. including my entire bed frame, just snapped the wood right off, and broke a dresser and an employee STOLE $5000 FROM ME!!!!! Destroyed my safe and filing cabinet in the process. Went through my house and took whatever else he wanted money wise from piggy banks and drawers. Company refuses to reimburse me for my damages, ok they wont respond to any of my calls or emails, and nothing was done with the employee ... read more
