On Jun1 1st, 2025 I filed a claim for water damage after a refrigerator repair went bad, Paul Davis out of Hampton NH was recommended my Liberty Mutual for the Dry-Out and they did a decent job. So, I hired them to also do the Restoration, also in June but at the time, they let me know it would likely take 2 months before they could start because of the backlog of projects. Worst experience with contractors. My Duplex was hit by hurricane Helene, which was in September of last year. They did not complete the project which should have been finished more than 6 months ago. When we reached out to have them to finish the repairs they ignored us for months. We messaged them more than 10 times via text, call, and email with no response. Please do not choose these contractors if you want a good repair in a timely fashion. It's hard-to-get good reviews in this day and age but I'm here to say we are beyond happy. We have been treated extremely well since day one by the entire Paul Davis staff. This experience has been simply awesome with Derek, Dustin etc and all of their professional subs. We had a water line burst that left our kitchen, hall and a bedroom sopping wet. Once the source was identified and stopped, Dustin and Josh got the process going. High-tech devices were used to evaluate the level of damage, did the necessary drywall removal and started the drying process. Dustin communicated each step of the process which would have otherwise have been very stressful. They are a very professional, knowledgeable, clean, and polite crew.
This is a tremendous team of professionals in the field of disaster restoration. Highly recommended !!!

Had our roof repaired in 2020 by Paul Davis as part of a wind damage insurance claim. Have had nothing but problems since. One leak caused extensive damage to basement ceiling. Had to fight to get payl davis to fix it. Since the new roof installation, we have had to fix 3 separate leaks. With the original roof we had zero leaks. Crap job Paul Davis.

DO NOT USE PAUL DAVIS! They did VERY SHODDY resoration work in every possible way, and cut corners on every purchase of doors, flooring, cabinets, toilets and other items. I gave them a DETAILED list of the items to purchase from Lowes, including the specific item numbers and descritptions. They purchased cheaper versions of EVERYTHING, so that they could make more money versus using the funds the insurance company provided for each item.
