Above all, I would like to express my gratitude to the technicians—Bailyn, Adam, and James—for thoroughly cleaning my home. If anyone ever experiences a sewage backup in their home, I would highly recommend this company and this team. They executed their cleaning and sanitization duties flawlessly, and even assisted with some of the preparatory work for the subsequent flooring installation.
We received such great service from James, Roger, Bailyn, and Dan, we wish we could give more than five stars. They were dedicated to getting water from broken pipes dried up quickly and within our budget. Communication was excellent throughout and we are thankful for the hometown service. Thank you!
Worked with Paul Davis through State Farm after some pipe fittings burst, flooding the property. Initial remediation was quick and overall communication was fantastic. Was assigned Brett Leifer after a reasonable delay to oversee the restoration work. Reiterated on multiple occasions that the property would be rented at an affordable price to farm tenants. Some interesting ideas were given for additional renovation beyond remediation, which I was open to, provided alternative options were given that were more cost effective.... read more
