I had a wonderful experience with Paul Davis Restoration, specifically Ian (with the giant beard). While we were having our hardwood floors refinished, our flooring guy thought he saw water seeping from the floor boards (nightmare). Ian came out, looked it over, tested everything, went in the basement and stared at the ceiling underneath, tested that, and didn't find any evidence of moisture.
