Paul Davis was very responsive during my recent fire. They arrived promptly, secured the house and have been diligently addressing the damaged items. A special thanks to Marie who has been wonderful to work with. She has been consistently responsive and communicative, guiding me through the entire process with care and empathy. I truly appreciate her support and can’t thank her enough!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am a homeowner and small business owner in Peoria who has unfortunately dealt with two separate fire losses (2023 and July 22, 2025) where Paul Davis Restoration of Bloomington/Peoria was pushed into my claims. We had water-damage repair which was urgently needed. We had significant rainfall during a roof replacement, and most of our second floor ceilings/walls had gotten drenched. Paul Davis appeared the morning after I phoned, conducted a thorough assessment, and ensured that everything was dried out within several days. They checked in regularly, were very professional, and made excellent friends with our cats. Hats off to the team: Clair, Bailyn, James, & Ben!
