UPDATE: After posting this review, I was contacted and the issue was solved expeditiously. I hate that I had to take this measure to get a resolution; however, I can't hold someone accountable if they didn't know the issue existed. Paul Davis out of normal IL. mitigated a flood that happened at my lake house through my insurance company in early February 2026. The clean and dry out process was professional. When it came to the contractual park to fix everything , that's when everything went wrong. They brought their guys in to put everything back together and the guy left pieces of furniture dismantled , dust all over the house .
