We had a grease fire damage in one of our rental homes and I was so happy and pleased with the quick results of Paul Davis and Chris Barrnett. Chris knew the right people to call regarding the project and the project was completed timely. The biggest part of the project was to match the color of the stain which I thought was almost impossible. But Chris and his team did the work and it match perfectly. I would definate use Paul Davis again.
Initial contact with Paul Davis was awesome ! They made prompt preparations to come and check out our home on a weekend with a day notice! Their communication has been awesome they listened to our concerns and was very prompt! Cameron was awesome her initial visit as well as when she came out to start the migration The workers were also always on time or early ! TAyler and Zach came in to get the equipment and was very detail with the next process and how Paul Davis can continue to assist us with our rebuild !
Paul Davis sets the bar high when it comes to Customer service. Their attention to detail and communication throughout the whole process really put my mind at ease in such a difficult situation. Special shoutout in particular to Craig Johnston he really made sure from start to finish that my home was beautifully restored Thanks for everything you guys!!
