My wife and I want to express our deepest gratitude to P aul Davis fire and Restoration Company. Last Oct 31 our house in Westwego caught on fire. We suffered almost a total loss. Within 3 days after the fire a team from Paul Davis showed up with our adjuster to access the damage. Without hesitation we decided to give them the job. Once we settled with our insurance company they immediately started the job. They gave us an estimated rebuild time of 8 to 10 months. We had weekly meetings to discuss the project. Throughout the process, they impressed me with their thoroughness and attention to detail. Each day, Chris communicated with me multiple times a day to keep me updated on the progress. I had a refrigerator water and ice dispenser leak onto my floor and my Adjustor suggested that I use Paul Davis company out of Baton Rouge. Since I didn’t know of any other company locally that had a good reputation, I used his suggestion. It turned out to be a wonderful experience. We currently had a few issues with a carpet install and Andrew with Reform was excellent and very professional. Alyisa with Paul Davis set up the appointment with Reform for us and they fixed our carpet the same day. My husband and I were very pleased. Thank you for the great expedited work.
