Very professional with friendly and competent staff.
On recommendation, contacted PDC after Hurricane Helene flooded our downstairs. Had water damage needing quick remediation. Thankfully, within 2 days, they were able to start. Crew arrived on time & removed all flooring, affected drywall & insulation. Being very careful with our personal items, they removed all contaminated materials from our home. ... Absolutely horrible company to deal with! Poor communication and they don't finish the work they agreed to perform. I find it interesting that multiple 1 star reviews have been removed...not sure how they pulled that off. I would NEVER recommend these clowns!
Inexcusable Negligence – Stay Away I had a terrible experience with Paul Davis Restoration and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Their work was careless and their lack of attention to detail could have led to a disaster.
I had a frustrating experience with this company. Communication was inconsistent, and getting them to follow through on their commitments was a struggle. The work they did was subpar, and when issues arose, they were dismissive rather than addressing the problem properly. A professional company should stand by its work, but that was not my experience here. If you’re looking for reliability and quality craftsmanship, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
