I am familiar with quite a few employees at Paul Davis. Scott was always professional, yet compassionate. I met with Scott a couple of times and each time I felt as though he truly cared about my situation. Jason was an absolutely amazing project manager. We were very happy with the completed job. Our project coordinator Jason was very helpful and kept in touch throughout the process. Our estimator helped with my insurance claim by explaining some things to my adjuster.

Staff was lovely, but working with the company felt like a check in the box for the insurance company. They did not treat all of the wood where water damage occurred and did not pull back additional drywall to create a larger hole in the ceiling. They said we did the job for them. (Our GC said that water damage continued beyond the hole that we created.)
