Staff was lovely, but working with the company felt like a check in the box for the insurance company. They did not treat all of the wood where water damage occurred and did not pull back additional drywall to create a larger hole in the ceiling. They said we did the job for them. (Our GC said that water damage continued beyond the hole that we created.)
Very disappointing experience so far. Poorly organized, poor communication. Months have gone by since the damage occurred. Finally got an estimate after weeks and weeks. They blamed insurance for the lag, insurance blamed them. Regardless, I approved the estimate immediately, now three more weeks have gone by. I hear nothing. No one reaches out to schedule the repair. They're always very polite and helpful on the phone, and they tell me they will make sure it gets taken care of. Somehow, my case falls back into a black hole.... read more
