Absolutely horrible company to deal with! Poor communication and they don't finish the work they agreed to perform. I find it interesting that multiple 1 star reviews have been removed...not sure how they pulled that off. I would NEVER recommend these clowns!
Inexcusable Negligence – Stay Away I had a terrible experience with Paul Davis Restoration and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Their work was careless and their lack of attention to detail could have led to a disaster.
I had a frustrating experience with this company. Communication was inconsistent, and getting them to follow through on their commitments was a struggle. The work they did was subpar, and when issues arose, they were dismissive rather than addressing the problem properly. A professional company should stand by its work, but that was not my experience here. If you’re looking for reliability and quality craftsmanship, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
