I’ve been recently working with Rich McCleaf at Paul Davis, and am really impressed. We’ve only started the project (major roof damage due to tree falling), but Rich has been extremely communicative and helpful in offering guidance. Paul Davis Restoration continues to excel from soup to nuts! On the pack back of our stored basement goods the team (Brian, Luis, Cindy, Aracely, and Claudia) was so efficient, informative, cheerful, nice (and to our annoying dog), and helpful! I can’t say enough good about PDR which we have used twice in a year+ for a flooded basement. Everything was put back where it came from. I cannot recommend them highly enough. 6 stars if we could! Paul Davis Restoration has knowledgeable staff and the work that has been completed appears professional. However, my project has remained unfinished for an extended period, and completion has been repeatedly delayed despite numerous assurances over several months.
