Raul (project manager) and Jose O (lead tech) from Paul Davis Restoration went above and beyond for me. Raul patiently explained each step in a way I could understand, which really eased my mind. Jose carried out the mitigation with such care, efficiency, and attention to detail that I knew I was in good hands. Both were respectful, kind, and clearly dedicated to doing the job right. Nestor and Saul did Restauration work at my house. They were very professional and did a great job. They isolated the work area which I really appreciated because I have pets who would have gone into the area otherwise. They explained the process and scheduled next steps for retrieval of equipment. I’m very pleased with the work they did.
