The Paul Davis Restoration team that came to my condo to work with the mold issue was very professional at all times. Gustavo Rios explained everything in detail, answered all my questions and even made recommendations. He was also very thorough with the work that he did. Gustavo and Rene, who also helped, were very respectful and considerate throughout the process. They also kept me informed on the progress. I highly recommend Paul Davis Restoration of Broward & North Miami for remediation problems.
Fantastic service. I worked exclusively with Gustavo at Paul Davis via an insurance claim for water mitigation. He was extremely knowledgeable, precise and took amazing documentation of damage/mitigation process (very helpful when it comes to insurance adjusters!!!). He also answered all my questions regarding the damage and the process overall. Helped put my mind at ease as much as possible considering the awfulness of having my home damaged. Would recommend Gustavo to anyone one who needed water mitigation.
Simply the best! I had a fire at my home, and Gordon and his team at Paul Davis took care of everything. They were quick and did great work around the house. Best of all, they were able to get me back into my home quicker than expected. They also were helpful with dealing with the insurance company and getting them to pay for the full repairs. Hopefully you will never need them, but if you have a disaster, call Gordon and Paul Davis!
