When they advertise 24 hr service, they meant it! Within 2 hrs of discovering my water damaged ceiling and calling my insurance company, 2 techs Dave and Sam were setting up dehumidifiers. The owner of the company and the mold mediator (sorry guys, your names are around somewhere) were also very prompt and showed up within hours to assess the damage and get things started.
