This was a difficult case. My sister's husband died and the next t day the house flooded. It was an emotional time and Brad was patient and understanding of the situation and handled everything excellently.

I'm very pleased with the clean up work Paul Davis Restoration did for me. Don came out to my house about half an hour after I called. He checked everything out & explained what they would do & gave me a rough estimate. Mike & Jake came out the next morning & worked hard all day & got my basement & kitchen all cleaned up. Don came out to check the work & give me the itemized invoice & explained the charges. Even though Don gave me a ballpark estimate, I was a little nervous what it would cost me. If I could give this place negatives I would. As if a house fire was not bad enough—their contents teams then stole many items (surprise surprise especially the items of monetary value) and held others hostage with many threats and abuse from the company they contracted with. They constantly left lights on, house doors wide open for anyone to enter, and faucets running water for days while the house was unoccupied. They destroyed many of the contents. Paul Davis did an excellent job on our restoration from a pipe leak. They were efficient and very professional. Great at communicating with us.
