very professional – Paul Davis handled the damage in our home after a small fire. Smoke and soot were throughout. They were here immediately and worked quickly to get us back to normal. We were very pleased with the results and the professional manner in which they conducted themselves while they were in our home.
Slow response, poor quality, bad project management – Paul Davis Restoration was contracted to handle my water remediation claim when I had a pipe burst in my crawl space. They were very quick to come to my house and start the clean up; however, everything that followed was a disaster! I had to constantly follow up with the project manager to get things done.
