This is a terrible company that will cut any corner it can get away with, never do business with them. They restored my house after the it was flooded and I had to constantly inspect their shoddy work and tell them to redo it. They nailed some of my bathroom drawers shut and told me they were just decorative faces, not drawers and refused to pull the nails. They didn't properly rerun the water line to my refrigerator ice maker and now I have a water line just running across the kitchen floor and they refused to redo it.
We have a vacation home in Bellevue. Our property manager went to check on our home and noticed water had been leaking from the shower on the main floor into our finished basement. This comes back to back with our permanent home and a very similar situation. The technicians were very helpful in working with us and our property manager. I felt I was in good hands with them. They explained everything to me and put my mind as ease. I would highly recommend them for any water damage repair work you may need.
