Paul Davis, and specifically Ken Ta, were great in helping us rebuild and enhance our home after the fire we had earlier in the year. From design, navigating the zoning requirements and construction, we are extremely happy with the results.
This establishment does not operate as they claim. Suzie who works in the front office was extremely rude. The project manager was dishonest and unreliable. Amy from the mitigation team did not take my loss seriously which was incredibly frustrating. It felt like the entire company was just after the insurance money. The work was done by subcontractors that didn't show up when initially told and the quality was subpar and has to be redone. I would not recommend this company never again!!!!
Fantastic team, service, and mission. Sometimes I get confused about which Paul Davis to reach out. That said, PDWC is great.
