Jeff Doe was asked to inspect our basement for possible mold. He did an impressive analysis of all rooms and locations of suspected mold, using surprisingly sophisticated sensors, coupled with his years of field experience, he concluded with a thorough report. His professional approach and explanations were a breath of fresh air in the often intimidating contractor interactions often seen.
Jeff Doe is very responsive and knowledgeable. He quickly assesses what needs to be done and has his team of professionals take care of things very quickly. He is timely in his communications and trustworthy. We would recommend his services without a doubt!
We had a great experience with Paula Davis. Jeff Doe was professional, respectful of our home, and very thorough. He took the time to clearly explain the issue and walk us through each step needed to address it. We really appreciated their knowledge, communication, and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
