Having a flood in our upstairs bathroom that ran through the ceiling to the downstairs area was very stressful and concerning. I was so pleased when Mike, Justin and team leader Sergio responded quickly, the same night, and were so helpful and considerate. My condo was affected by smoke intrusion from a serious unattended fire in the adjacent unit. Sergio directed the clean up operation by frequent calls to me directing times etc. Oscar and Steven did an excellent job in covering furniture and tapeing windows, floors,doors before painting walls with special fiber lock coating over several days. Restoration on the condo was perfect Thank you for excellent and efficient team work in this most stressful time.
Paul Davis is amazing! Jeremy was wonderfully helpful and respectful. My bathroom looks amazing. They did a beautiful job 10/10 .

Sergio at Paul Davis managed our remediation very well. It was done as efficiently as it was non invasive. They did all they could to minimize the disruption to our Mathnasium. The kids didn't miss a beat.
