Had a water line let go while I was away at my daughters wedding. I'm also recovering from a leg injury. Victor and his crew assessed the damage, worked with my insurance adjuster, and worked the tear down while I remained in my home due to lack of mobility. They kept my downstairs bathroom online for me throughout the project. Vic communicated perfectly and left things clean and orderly at the end of every workday. Good guys, good work. Very grateful!

Victor and everyone on his team were professional, efficient, paid attention to detail, and were so nice to work with. They took care of everything and came out right away even though it was a holiday weekend. They set up all the equipment, removed all of the ruined flooring, carpeting, drywall, etc. They checked in frequently to make sure everything was working correctly and drying the interior of our home. I want to thank Victor at Paul Davis to get to view our flooded basement situation, the same day the plumber made it and began replacing sump pump, shortly after the flood was discovered. They provided a great service in drying and disinfecting the basement over several days, with rechecks. Kind and professional. Went above and beyond to help. Thank you!
