Our experience with Paul Davis Restoration (Lancaster) has been nothing short of devastating. In August 2024, my father-in-law's home suffered smoke damage from a fire. Over 14 months later—now October 2025—the house is still far from complete. What should have been a structured, compassionate restoration process has turned into a nightmare of delays, excuses, and subpar work.
