I have been in therapy & counseling off and on since I was 12. I've seen 40 + therapists, counselors, social workers etc. Out of those 8 have been kind of beneficial, 10 just okay. 8 ugh..didn't get me & 12 were THE worst disasters!!! I felt blamed & I left in tears!! WORST ONE -actually fired me TWICE! I KNOW THERAPY is IMPORTANT!!
