On the evening we reported the water leak to our insurance company, a few minutes later, the call came in from Paul Davis team member-John. We discussed the damage, John quickly sent me a test with an app to take photos. John asked if we wanted him to come that evening. We advised him to come the next day, which he did. They quickly started to locate the leak and amazingly they set up to cut the ceiling and once cleaned and disinfected, a clean up was done. No mess on our side. Paul Davis truck nearly struck me on my bicycle while passing me and speeding in a tight and dangerous construction zone. I would highly recommend avoiding these people, if that’s how they act in public. I would be horrified to see how they act in your home.
