On October 15, 2025, my mother's house caught on fire. It was a complete loss. All Contents and 80 percent of the house is needing substantial repairs. Doug Smith and his team acted swiftly to mitigate damages. He acted with speed and empathy in what was devastating to my mother. Her and my dad have been in this house for 41 years.
