On October 15, 2025, my mother's house caught on fire. It was a complete loss. All Contents and 80 percent of the house is needing substantial repairs. Doug Smith and his team acted swiftly to mitigate damages. He acted with speed and empathy in what was devastating to my mother. Her and my dad have been in this house for 41 years. On the evening we reported the water leak to our insurance company, a few minutes later, the call came in from Paul Davis team member-John. We discussed the damage, John quickly sent me a test with an app to take photos. John asked if we wanted him to come that evening. We advised him to come the next day, which he did. They quickly started to locate the leak and amazingly they set up to cut the ceiling and once cleaned and disinfected, a clean up was done. No mess on our side.
