HAD A LITTLE FLOODING FROM THE RAINS LAST NIGHT, 1.30.25, KEITH WAS ABLE TO COME BY GIVE ME AN HONEST QUICK ESTIMATE AND EVALUTATION ON HOW TO MIDIGATE OUR ISSUES. THEY KNOCKED OUT THE ONE ROOM THAT HAD THE WORST OF IT. OFFERED US ADVISE AND INSTRUCTION ON DRYING OUT THE REMAINING MOIST AIR, AND OFFERED TO COME BACK TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS PROPERLY DIRED OUT! THANK YOU FOR THE ASSURENCE AND CONFIDENCE, AND HOPEFUL THAT WE DONT NEED THE HELP AGAIN! BUT IF WE DO, KEITH WILL BE OUR FIRST CALL.
