In the process of selling my home, an independent inspector wrote down there was mold in in my home. Because of his report we lost a contract. We contacted a Mold Inspection company. Wonderful group to work with. In early March, we had our water heater dump water all over our house. Minutes after filing the claim with my insurance, Lucio called to introduce himself and advised having received notice from our insurance of the water damage to our home.
