Chris O goes above and beyond . He explains everything in was you can understand. He used the fender bender analogy which immediately put me at ease . He made a very stressful situation into a manageable one . I’m a worrier and after talking with him they disappeared I couldn’t have asked for a better person to be on the other end of the phone. He also answered every time I called Hecwent above and beyond to make sure I understood the situation. I wish they were more people like him in this field
Mahdi and his team were impeccable!! We had gotten water damage in our home and they were able to restore it better than before the damage occured. They take great pride in their work. Mahdi was always easy to get in contact with and always happy to answer any questions we had. Everyone was professional and courteous. We would be more than happy to work with them again in the future!

Initial home inspection resulted in clean up of water damage and the installation of equipment to dry out the impacted area.
Mahdi Naebzadeh of Paul Davis came to my home on an emergency cleanup call and was courteous, professional, and thorough. He explained each step of the process and answered all my questions with a genuine desire to ensure I’m satisfied with the whole process. Although I hope to never need his services again, I’m happy to know that I can call him and get the level of service I expect if I ever need his help again. I definitely recommend Mahdi for water damage cleanup.
