I had the best experience with Paul Davis and the trades that were hired. Both Gaetano and Serhii were absolute stars with scheduling and follow up. The team that did the tile work were unbelievable! Owning an older condo does present its challenges and there are no straight walls. Daniel made it look beautiful and the tile work is fantastic. I truly believe it has enhanced my property value. The team was professional and responsive and all the trades did first-class work. The refurbished area (basement) looks great! The coordinator kept us informed as to when the workers were scheduled and they always showed up on the scheduled day, no surprises. I would definitely recommend Paul Davis to others. Thanks!

Initial remediation (drying out water-damage) was prompt and effective. Final repair was well done. People were friendly. On the down side, incident to final repair was 117 days, and dealing with a different Paul Davis person for each different bit of the case was needlessly confusing
