Dr Paul Vanlandingham is such a competent, patient, focused medical professional. I have seen him for many years now, and he never makes me feel rushed when at an appointment. He has phoned with results he knew I was concerned about too.I feel well cared for and like a person, not just another patient. Highly recommend!
This office made a mistake on my grandmother's Medicaid paperwork and are refusing to help her figure it out. It has been months (Sep. 2020 until January 2021) and they insist there is nothing they can do, when the Medicaid coding problem originated in their office. Very disappointing from a practice my grandparents have gone to for many decades--they will be taking their business elsewhere because of the unhelpfulness of this office.
