This review is for the company itself, not the actual physician. Every single time I call to have my medication refilled they have a new system now where you have to leave your refill information on a message line. And every single time I do they get the WRONG medication refilled. It’s so frustrating. It’s like someone is just seeing the first word matching and sending it in without actually reviewing what they’re sending in. No one answers the phone there at all anymore. I love this place. My doctor is great and my nurse is one of a kind. On the occasion I've had to see someone other than my regular provider, they've always been just as great.
Dr. Sain is a great doctor to me & my grandchildren.
