So pleased with this dental office! I've been a patient for close to ten years now and have nothing but positive things to say about the staff, the environment, and the service. Dr. Kaplan is the best and I love my hygenist, Jill! Exams, cleanings, and dental work are always gentle but thorough. I appreciate the extra time they take to explain everything to you. I have been going to Dr. Kaplan"s office for at least 8 years. All of the Doctor"s I have encountered have been kind and and professional however, Dr. Wyrwa has been my favorite. His gentle demeanor and caring smile makes my youngest of three loves attending the the dentist office. We are grateful to Dr. Wyrwa and to his lovely dental hygienist. I've been going to this dental office for a few years now after being referred to them by a friend who is very particular about her dentists. It has been one of the best decisions I have made. Friendly knowledgeable staff, who welcome you with a warm smile and actually know your name. This office is about honest friendly care and really takes the time to explain what you should be concerned about now and in the future. I recommend my dentist to all of my friends and family to go to on a regular basis.
I've been going to this practice for over 10 years. My children also go here. It is very convenient to have all the different doctors in 1 place. I have been to several different doctors in the practice. They have all made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Everyone is very nice and very accommodating. I would recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a dentist. Lisa is the best hygienist! (just saying)
Going to the dentist is not one of my favorite places to go too. However, everyone at Dr. Kaplan's is so welcoming and very nice. I always request to see Lisa (Dental hygienist) and she always takes such good care of me and makes sure I am comfortable. I highly recommend to everyone who is looking for a friendly atmosphere with excellent care.
Aside of the Receptionists being always so nice and welcoming, Dr. Wyrwa @Paul Kaplan D.M.D.is probably the most gentle dentist I ever met. Always looking out for my comfort. His work is great. I rarely spend time braving, but Dr. Wyrwa, you deserve the podium! THANK YOU !! (patient for 10 years)
I've been going to Dr. Kaplan's office for over 15 years and have always had a good experience. I rarely have anything done other than a cleaning so I don't know the dentists well but Lisa the hygienist is terrific and I always request her. Front desk staff is very friendly.
The front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming. There was a delay in service and it was explained to me, which helps reduce frustration. The dental assisant was friendy and kind. Dr. Kaplan was friendly, attentive and most important to me, compassionate. He made me feel at ease and pain mainagement was addressed immediately. I high recommend Dr. Kaplan for anyone looking for a dentist.
