Covid has been a mess. Dr Jackson and the entire Livonia Family Physician staff stayed open during the whole crisis and helped care for us, as patients, while others offices were closed. They put themselves at risk. Thank you for your service.
Every visit with Dr. Jackson is great. He sits and listens. Doesn't rush you. Doesn't talk down to you. Gives you options of what you'd like to do.
My experience with Dr Jackson has been excellent. He cares, it is when you leave is when your troubles begin. Their billing offers an online portal, it costs to utilize it, and once you read the fine print to realize that they have you. I refuse to pay to make it more convenient for the recieved, you pay them so they get your money faster, seems backwards to me.
