Hurried. Difficult to reach. Doesn’t answer msgs via Patient Portal. Reluctant to take time to answer any questions if on a telehealth med check. (I’ll save my questions for my visit) … my ins is charged for a full on visit and I literally get 2 minutes. I’ve had 2 physicals. I had to ask for my breast exam. No physical like I’ve ever had in 50 years. Vague. Stops meds without notifying me. I hate leaving negative reviews. I blame corporate medicine practices more than the individual doctor. But changes need made.
I have been going to Dr, Garfinkel for years. I've never walked out of the exam room feeling like I wasn't being listened to. With him I know my families health is in very good hands.
Dr. Curtin was my PCP for over 20 years, and I was very happy with his knowledge and excellent advice/care. We had an great doctor/patient relationship. Then he got a new medical assistant who I found to be very rude. I mentioned this to him and he agreed wholeheartedly, but said she did her job. She was aware that I had complained about her and began telling Dr. Curtin that I was calling, being rude and cussing at her. All this when I had never even called. Dr. Mackay is brilliant and very skilled in communication, listening and understanding. He spends the required amount of time with his patients so they understand their healthcare options. I recommend him with no reservations.
Just had a telemed appt with him. Super nice guy! If I didn't already have a doctor that I adored, I would definitely see Dr Schepergerdes.
I agree with the negative reviews here. Very poor bedside manner, my appointment with her was more lecture than diagnosis. I'm not sure she was even listening most of the time. I'll make sure I or my family don't see her again.
He is an amazing doctor, he was very patient and caring during my entire pregnancy and difficult birth.
My mother and our family members have been with Dr Brian Jones for most of his practice. We can always depend on him to give correct diagnosis and if he is concerned he is quick to send us to the best specialist. His loving care for my mother was very appreciated. He set her up With the best cancer doctors and recognized the cancer when an other doctor misdiagnosed her. We trust his skills and knowledge.
Horrible experience. Unpleasant and unprofessional. Has no compassion at all. Why become a doctor ? I felt violated because of the war she conducted an exam, she also would not answer any questions I had about health of my first ever future baby, would not make eye contact. Would not recommend to anyone ever! Horrible person and extremely disrespectful
