Incredibly thorough. They prepared an 80 page inspection report for my current home. They cost more than the average home inspectors but considering the investment you are making it's the best money you will spend. In comparison, we used another home inspector for our first home and the inspection report was two pages long and after living in the house we realized that they missed a number of issues.
From Sandra being extremely knowledgeable and helpful in coordination to Scott's thorough inspection that really helped me learn about the property to the high quality report (everyone I showed the report to was equally impressed) the team provides excellent value, one of the best ROIs in years. I ultimately ended up not buying the house based on the results of this inspection and I appreciate the expert review!
So thorough! It allowed me to be confident with my offer on my first home. Great reporting tools too, you can look at your report online and make a list of items from the report. I just ended up printing out the whole thing though! I appreciated all the photos to go with the comments and suggestions of fixes. After I bought the house, I used it as my fix-it guide! I did have follow up questions later, and the office was super nice and got answers back to me.
