I scheduled a service for my 2024 Lyriq, which has few issues, 4 weeks ago. When I scheduled the service and spoke to the service guy he originally had something sooner then today. But the service guy said they wouldn't have a loaner for that day but they would have one for today. So I scheduled for the day the loaner would be available. Beware—this place is a complete scam. The staff is unprofessional and dishonest. They tried to buy my car for less than scrap value and wasted my time. Never coming back and never recommending this location.
Extremely dissatisfied with this Dealer. I brought my vehicle in for a recall, and the adviser recommended replacing the front shocks. However, after the replacement, a new problem arose: the air suspension leaks when parked on 3-4 hours , causing the front of the truck to touch the tires after 3-4 hours. Despite five visits over 1 month and 20 days, the issue remains unresolved. It's clear that the new shocks are the source of the problem, and the dealer's inability to fix it is unacceptable.
