They have the best sales team i’ve ever seen, specially Parsa and David
This location is terrible. I've bought two cars here before and both experiences were stressful and full of lies. I recently bought another Kia at the Orangeville location because the staff at the Bolton location were just terrible. Orangeville kia was 100 times better in every way and truthful every step of the way.
Gagan was outstanding and extremely helpful and he really cared. His followed and updates were impeccable.
Megan was super professional at the front desk. I had an oil change scheduled and was advised to also change my break pads. She broke down the bill and process to me making sure I understood everything and also offered me a rental bc it was going to take half a day. She’s kind throughout my entire experience!!
I had a great experience with Parsa and David, these two gents are the best sales reps i’ve ever seen, thank you so much guys
