I took my car for car detailing they told me over the phone to get the bigger package almost 300 hundred dollar and when I came to pick up my car there was so much stain I was able to clean with baby wipes and they said they washing the lather seat which I am sure they didn’t and there was so much food on side they didn’t vaccume properly and when I open the car there was still so much stains they didn’t wipe at all it felt I garbaged my mom the work they did was like worth hundreds dollar not 300 I don’t recommend this plac... read more
My experience here was more than a 5 Star! My husband had been speaking with Razz before we went into the dealership. I have dealt with Orangeville Kia since 2011, and found I wasn’t being treated as a customer should after 14 years. Razz, Roger and Syed were amazing! Kia Bolton went above and beyond to earn our business. We required a specific price on our trade in, and Kia offered a very competitive price which was honest and fair! Raz was our fantastic sales associate who was excellent to deal with. I was blown away by attention to detail on the whole application of the PPF installation. The whole process from start to finish was immaculate! Thank you also to Roger, Vince and Syed for making the whole experience enjoyable.

Your staff represents the dealership, so while this may have been just one employee, the experience was enough to make me decide not to visit at all—a prime example of poor communication.
