I got a text from Joe. I never ask for a quote I'm very happy with who I have. He proceeded to tell me I must not want to save money. When I have called it's always $150-200 more than I pay. I ask him to please stop contacting law requires that. However most don't know after that if they keep contacting you you are able to sue the company also employee.
