Established in 1993. I worked for Ford Motor Company straight out of college, beginning in 1979. At the 10 year mark in 1989, I went to work for Kings Crown Ford in Jacksonville, always wanting to own a Ford dealership. In 1993, with the help of my in-laws, Ike and Jeannette Bryant, and my Father and his wife, Ralph and Margie Clark, my wife Beth and I opened our dealership to serve NE Florida and SE Georgia.

This applies to the Service Dept only. Horrible service. It shouldn't take ALL day to be told the switch on the window is bad. And it will take a week to get the part in. Same thing happened with replacing a tire

I bought a new Ford Escape and this was the finest dealership I have ever delt with. The sales team and management were very courteous and respectful to my wants and needs. Once I picked out the vehicle the entire process only took another hour or so, not an "all day affair" like at most dealerships.
