I don't feel comfortable with Dr. Chung anymore. He use to be a well caring Dr and now barely explains anything and always in a rush to get you out! Will probably look for another oncologist

I too had a terrible experience with Dr. Chung many years ago with my first dx with breast cancer! He was rude & when he found out he was wrong about what he said he didn't even apologize ! Unacceptable behavior ! This happened 13 years ago & I still remember the incident as if it were yesterday. When you are in a vulnerable position post lumpectomy & going for Radiation treatments your physician should be supportive not treat you like he could care less. Again his behavior was unacceptable.

Dr. Chung is a very caring physician and takes the time to listen to your concerns. The staff is wonderful as well and also very caring and always plesant

Dr. Chung treated my father for 8 years. My father was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and given 3 months to live. With Dr. Chung's incredible expertise, my father lasted 8 years beyond his original diagnosis. Dr. Chung and his staff are absolutely amazing! I am now myself a patient and feel completely at ease with Dr. Chung's approach to diagnosing. I cannot say enough of good about him. He was also recommended by Fox Chase in Philadelphia.

Dr. Chung was the friendliest, most pleasant doctor I have ever seen. Beyond his attitude, he explained everything perfectly and made me feel good when I left the office. The staff in the office was right there with him in terms of friendliness and care.

Dr. Chung did not give my Mom vital information. Thanks to another doctor in the office, my Mom was told of this development. She is now at Sloan Kettering. I should have trusted my instincts. When Dr. Chung last spoke to me about my Mom’s situation we were “disconnected” (this happened at the exact moment I questioned him about not being honest with us). I called him back immediately and was told he wasn’t available. Still waiting for his return call. Inexcusable. Our family is heartbroken.

An office with Doctor Chung was like a visit to a cheesy comedy act. I have seen the prior reports from my Oncologist, and Dr Chung disregarded them. Dr Chung was wrong. He seems unable to grasp complex medical concepts. Didn't understand my illness, couldn't answer questions, I fired him and he wouldn't go away. I would never see him or trust him. Doctors like him don't grow on trees they swing from them.

I was diagnosed with low platelet count by my family practitioner. Dr Chung knew what to do...he retested me, having my platelets individually counted and told me that the previous results that showed low platelet count was because my platelets were in clusters and had to be individually counted. I am fine.
