When we met Paul he put us at ease right away. Super nice guy. We had no idea what we were doing but he walked us through everything. He constantly gave us updates. Paul knows what he’s doing. House was sold so fast. We had very good experience.

We got our first home and Paul helped us in narrowing down the good neighbourhood, visited in-person for reviewing the properties. He was very supportive, friendly, transparent and easily reachable over call for any discussions, queries. He guided us not just through purchase phase which was really smooth but also remodelling the house. Paul believes in building long term relationships with his customers (making friends for life). Given the rising interest rate, and the uncertain market, I was a bit worried about the selling process, but Paul took care of everything, the next thing I know, our condo is sold in about six days at a price point that we hope for. The whole process was painless and really smooth. I would recommend him for anyone looking to buy/sell in the tri-city area.

We hired Paul and Everhome to sell our home this past Spring. He and his team were well prepared during the initial in person meeting at our house. He went through the options of how to do some upgrades and better present the home before putting on the market. We took his advice because of his experiences. The buying market started to cool just prior to our home going on the market, but he was able to get a fair offer from a buyer to get the job done.
