Dr. Paul Krupcha's credentials gave me high hopes for this visit, but unfortunately, I found him dismissive. The doctor failed to mention multiple bone spurs and splayed toes clearly visible on my x-rays. He also neglected to mention that in my chart he included a diagnosis of plantar fascial fibromatosis. 🤯 The specialist didn't recommend physical therapy. All of the staff including the specialist was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I felt safe and heard. I appreciate the ongoing help of Dr. Kupcha.
I’ve been a patient for 8 yrs & Dr Kupcha has worked surgical wonders on my right foot 6 times in period. I had a misstep abt 10 yrs ago & had 3 failed surgeries by 3 different Drs.
