It was suppose to be a visual home inspection. He ripped down a piece of the celling, separated the main water line from the home, cut into a chimney brick, made reports of his opinion without the facts. I would NOT recommend this inspector to anyone.
Excellent through. I consulted with him after I already got the house inspected. I was not really happy with my previous inspector, Paul was kind enough to have a second look for a lesser price. He is very knowledgeable and experience, very though looked everywhere, even moved around stuff to make sure nothing gets missed. He pointed roof/foundation/furnace issues that the other inspector missed. He is also well connected and can point to right person to consult if need.
