I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at this office. My appointment was scheduled for 1:30 PM, yet I waited over two hours with no updates. When I asked the front desk for an estimate, I was told “10 minutes,” which turned into another 30 minutes on top of the long wait. When the dentist finally came in, he did not greet me, introduce himself, or explain anything. Took my 14 month old for her 1st dental visit and although they weren't able to do more than take a visual look at her teeth this time because this is new to her, my husband and I were very pleased with the staff and the atmosphere. We will be back when she is about 2.
This is such an amazing dental office. Staff is great and recommend this office. Dr. Chang made a beautiful crown for my wife. She is so happy!! Rudy
