Paul Buettner Florist is the best. I have been going to them for well over 20 years. Their customer service is beyond compare and their flowers are of high quality. Mindy's talent and creativity with flowers is breathe taking. I can honestly say that I have never gotten a bad arrangement from them and those that I have sent things to praise the beauty of the arrangement. I had a 91 year old client, living in Maine, who wanted to send flowers to all of her family for Christmas. I suggested Paul Buettner Florist, so I called them. We faxed our (extensive) list of her family members to Bob and Mindy. It was easy and simple and every one of them called my client to let her know how beautiful the arrangements were and how long they lasted! For the past 20 years, we have been calling on Buettner Florist to take care of all our floral needs. Every person we have come in contact with at the shop has been professional and kind. Every floral arrangement we have bought has been beautifully prepared and has lasted many days. The people we have sent the arrangements to have the highest of compliments for them. I've used them for at least 15 (or 20?) years, and always been happy with their products and arrangements, which are extremely pretty, and always fresh and long-lasting. Everyone in my family has always been especially impressed and pleased with their fruit baskets, too --- very good stuff at a good price. The staff is, without fail, professional and friendly, and they are willing to go the extra mile.
