Fast, friendly, quality service.
Mostly disappointed that I’ve been without my Kia since early June and they wouldn’t give me a loaner. It’s now mid August. Paul Brown really needs another Kia guy. However, Justin has been very kind and patient with me through the whole process.
Very friendly from the time I purchased my kia to needed oil changes. Very prompt and very helpful when it comes to answering questions I have regarding my vehicle.
Excellent service. The facility is clean, spacious & comfortable. Immediate attention upon arrival, & got the job done promptly. The only inconvenience is that they are very busy & I always have to make an appointment well in advance.
Originally had a not so great experience buying a used vehicle here....then opted for a new vehicle which ended up having manufacturer issues, the manager Jim went above and beyond every step of the way even though I was extremely frustrated not having my new vehicle . Kudos for standing by their word with every phone call and update.
