I have NEVER felt more dismissed at a doctor than I have with Dr. Broomfield. He is extremely rude, doesn't want to listen to what you have to say, bases his diagnosis off of procedures done years prior and talks over you as you try to explain what you're feeling. From the second he walked in to the moment he walked away I was blown away by his rudeness and zero compassion. Had stomach issues over a year or so . Post Covid . Had a endo /colonoscopy in May . Dx was an ulcer and a hemmaroid ! Ridiculous getting a diagnosis or a convo with the doc . Still in a lot of pain and was never checked out for possibly other Organ issues . Won't treat me unless I have another endo to see if it's healing . It's not healing . A one star review is being kind I would’ve given Dr. Paul Broomfield a -10 (negative) or worse. Well, I was in his waiting room today waiting for my 2:30 PM appointment I discovered that this new doctor is about to see had terrible reviews already on Google and I was hoping that they were not true. Unfortunately, all those negative reviews were more than true, and I felt the same way except that I was very appalled at his behavior as a professional and as a doctor of medicine. Called on Monday to renew a prescription, needless to say they never called it in. Called again on Wednesday, this time they said leave a message and they would call me back, after 2 hrs. Nobody called back, called again same thing they would call back, never did. Called Thursday finally they called it in. CVS IS out of prescription and it will be in 2-3 days. If it was called in on Monday I would have it, so now I’m out of my medicine. Very sad it took 4 days to renew a prescription.
Dr. Bloomfield and his staff were wonderful.Thank you for putting me at ease!
