Dr. Brooks has apparently retired.
I saw Dr brooks years ago and he did a great job on my planters wart. In the past numerous months I’ve had to see him but his receptionist keeps calling me to reschedule my appointments. He’s gone a whole month without showing up. She said she’ll call me when he does decide to come in and I’m still waiting on that call months later. He used to have a nice staff and an assistant but now he only has his receptionist which is very nice and I’d hate to be in her shoes. Dr. Brooks is a caring and compassionate doctor. He went out of his way to take care of an emergency toenail removal for my son. My son had a bad experience in the ER when he was originally injured and was frantic about having to have the procedure. Dr. Brooks was patient and caring the entire time and got us though the procedure quickly and professionally. I highly recommend his services.
Dr Brooks is very unprofessional! He has surgeries scheduled starting at 1PM and he calls off at 12:55PM Not once but two weeks consecutively! He puts ALL cancellations onto his 1 and only office manager (who is the only other person working there so she is doing it all!)
Our appointment have being canceled 4 time. This Dr office is a real disaster.
