20-year patient with zero past billing issues…until now. After a routine procedure, I was charged significantly more for two spots identical to ones previously treated. I never received a bill, only saw it on my EOB. I called twice, let them know I never received a bill and explained my concern over the charges. I was told the doctor would call me. He never did.
