Scheduled an appointment for my bf who has been dealing with a horrible doctor for his COPD, so we tried to find a new one. This one SEEMED promising.. Northside association seemed appealing. But when we made the appointment they failed to mention how far parking was. Unable to catch his breath from COPD he was late to the appointment and they refused to see him!!. My experience with Dr. Boyce has been disappointing. I have been a patient of his for 2+ years and always come away from a visit thinking he hasn't heard me and he is in a hurry to leave. In a recent visit, I wanted help with a problem and again he fell short. He didn't take time to set up a treatment plan. When I pressed him on how to treat it, he made a minor adjustment on the use of my inhaler.
