DON'T do any business with this company They are extremely rude to their customers! I wish I could give them a 0 review! I do want to say that the 2 young men that work for Chuck are very nice. Unfortunately they have a boss that does not have any skills with customer service and really doesn't care Check out his reviews before you plan on doing business with them.

Stay away. Fraudulent practices. Steal furniture and resell for their own profit later. Does not listen to owner repeated statements that certain items were not for sale and they sold them anyway.

I recently had an estate sale conducted by Paul Blake & Associates on February 7th and 8th, and I am quite disappointed with the experience. There were several issues that really stood out, so I feel compelled to share my thoughts. Leading up to the sale, I had a conversation with Chuck where I specifically asked about the cleaning fee and the process for handling unsold items. Rude!!! Used vulgar language when he answered the phone. If it’s after business hours let the phone go to voicemail. No need to be so nasty.

Beware using this company. They damaged my property. My driveway edging was damaged because they let people drive over it into the lawn. They told me it was old damage and said “nice try”. Two of my driveway lights were destroyed. Their answer to that was “they were old and needed replacing anyway”. They may have been old but they still worked….. He also told me in conversation that he “switched out” my exercise bike for his old one that had no seat back. In my opinion this is unethical and makes me wonder what else they hel... read more
